A: Standard check-in time is 10am

A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8pm

A: Yes, every room has undercover parking

A: Yes, all rooms at the Motel are non-smoking

A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have wireless internet for guests?
A: Yes we provide free broadband internet to all of our rooms

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minute walk to Biloela Shopping World and in close walking distance to shops you may be familiar with such as Post Office, Major Banks & Building Societies, Woolworths, Supercheap Auto, Repco, Betta Electrical, Dollars & Sense, Tyrepower, Beaurepaires, Bakery & Coffee Shops, Newsagency, Chemist, Butcher, Telstra, I.G.A., 2 Local Hotels, Several Hairdressers, Ladies Boutiques,  Gift Shops and  Local Doctors, Dentist and Accounting Firms.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: The Motel has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar, We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants. A 2 minute walk to fast food outlets including Subway, KFC, Express Kebabs, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Thai and the local RSL.   Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list

Q: Do you have Austar?
A: Yes, in all rooms

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

A: Yes, 3 ½ star.

Q: What is STARS?
A: The STAR Rating Scheme is Australia’s official accommodation accreditation program, awarding independent STAR Ratings to almost 7000 properties Australia-wide.

Managed by AAA Tourism on behalf of Australia’s seven Auto Clubs, the STARS Scheme assesses accommodation ranging from hotels and motels, serviced apartments and self-catering properties, to hosted accommodation (B&Bs) and caravan-holiday parks.

From 1 STAR to 5 STARs, cleanliness is one thing every STAR Rated property has in common. Any property licensed to display an official STAR Rating must achieve and maintain an overall standard of ‘Good’ or 75% for cleanliness.
